Epoxy Flake
Also known as chip or flake floors, epoxy flake floors are a popular concrete coating process that creates a durable, non-slip surface. It resists damage and results in an easy clean-up. Flake floors are also a good choice to restore less than perfect concrete.
The decorative look of the flakes is created by applying an epoxy base coat before distributing the flakes. Then, the polyaspartic topcoat is applied to give a glossy appearance to the surface, as well as extreme durability.

Urethane Cement Slurry
With a quick 4-hour recoat time and 12-hour return to service time, urethane cement slurry flooring has incredible bonding properties and is heat and thermal shock resistant. When hot oil spills occur or steam cleaning methods are used, urethane cement slurry flooring exhibits excellent chemical resistance to organic and inorganic acids and solvents. Urethane cement slurry is well-suited for the food and beverage industry, dairy farms, industrial kitchens, and food processing plants. The urethane cement slurry flooring system resist thermal shock, abrasions, impacts and moisture. They are among the toughest industrial floor coating available.

Polished Concrete
Polished concrete is an amazing cost affective and low maintenance flooring option. Dyed Concrete
A concrete dye is a translucent, penetrating color solution applied to your concrete after it is mechanically ground smooth. Dyes contain very fine pigmentation agents that penetrate the surface deeply.
There are water-based and solvent-based dyes, each of which has unique characteristics. Although dyes tend to produce more uniform and predictable tones than acid stains, they can still produce interesting variations in color.
Concrete floors are commonly colored with dyes both in commercial and residential settings for a unique and customizable look. Dyeing is used more often by decorative contractors to alter color palettes. It is easy to mix the colors on the jobsite or dilute them to create a variety of other shades.
Decorative Overlays
Decorative overlays refer to various products and systems that provide a decorative finish over an existing surface. It is vital to prepare the floor surface properly before installing a concrete overlay. Decorative concrete overlays are typically applied in two to four coats by hand trowel, spray or squeegee. Decorative overlays are typically 1/16th” to 1/8th” over your existing concrete slab.
When concrete flooring needs updating, decorative overlays are a popular way to revitalize the surface while adding a unique look. It is a cost-effective way to achieve various designs such as stone pattern, tile pattern, wood plank, brick pattern and more.
